Position Overview

‍

We are looking for a unique blend of evangelist and community manager to join our team. This role is designed for a dynamic individual with a passion for technology and a knack for building and nurturing communities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and marketing skills, combined with a technical understanding, to evangelize the importance of real-world context information in mobile apps. Your mission will be to make real-world context a top priority in mobile app development roadmaps for 2024 and 2025.

Key Responsibilities‍

‍

Evangelize the Importance of Real-World Context for mobile apps: Craft compelling narratives and engage with the mobile app development community to highlight the benefits and necessity of integrating real-world context information.

• Evangelize the Importance of Real-World Context for mobile apps: Craft compelling narratives and engage with the mobile app development community to highlight the benefits and necessity of integrating real-world context information.
• Build and Manage Communities: Proactively dive into platforms like X, Mastodon, Discord, LinkedIn groups, Reddit, Slack groups, and ProductHunt to build, manage, and retain communities of iOS Developers and mobile app product owners.
• Develop and Execute Engagement Strategies: Create engaging content, organize webinars, workshops, and online meetups to foster a strong community around the topic of real-world context information. This also includes writing content pieces for our ContextSDK Blog, publishing in-depth context use-cases, and building case-studies together with our customers.
• Feedback Loop: Serve as a bridge between the community and our product development team, gathering feedback and insights to guide the evolution of ContextSDK.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep in the forefront of industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our community remains cutting edge of mobile app development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, developer relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with the mobile app development ecosystem, especially iOS.
• Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn complex concepts quickly.
• Experience in marketing or a strong understanding of marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

This is a remote full-time position, with a preference for candidates based in Europe due to timezone considerations.
